Virtual Infosec Africa has successfully built and delivered a state-of-the-art cybersecurity centre for the Bank of Ghana, significantly strengthening the nation's financial sector cyber defenses.
The cybersecurity centre is equipped with advanced security monitoring tools, threat intelligence platforms, and incident response capabilities designed to protect Ghana's critical financial infrastructure from cyber threats.
Protecting National Financial Infrastructure
As the central bank of Ghana, the Bank of Ghana plays a critical role in maintaining the stability and security of the nation's financial system. The new cybersecurity centre provides the Bank with the capability to:
- Monitor and detect threats to the financial sector in real time
- Coordinate incident response across financial institutions
- Share threat intelligence with regulated entities
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments and audits
This project demonstrates VIA's capability to deliver enterprise-grade cybersecurity infrastructure for critical national institutions.
